He listened to us and understood that we were at the age where our children were on their own and we wanted a smaller, more manageable piece of property close to our children. Our recent sale and purchase experience with Joshua Matthews was our fifth over all real estate transaction. I could not have asked for a smoother and less stressful experience. Joshua was the most thorough and professional broker we have ever used. We really felt like we had someone in our corner during both sale and purchase. We initially selected Joshua because of his name. We have a son named Joshua Matthew. Divine intervention sent him to us because he worked miracles! We first met him to sell our home on July 31st. By August 11th, our home had been professionally marketed, shown multiple times and we accepted an offer. During that same time, Josh spent countless hours helping us learn about lakefront property: what to look for, what to avoid, etc. and ultimately found us our dream home on our preferred lake and with all of our "asks"... and then some!
